Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MultiPowerAI, operated by Number One Son Software ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing our API, using our SDK, or accessing multipowerai.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. If acting on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining your API key (mpk_) confidentiality and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@multipowerai.com if your key is compromised. One account per person or organization unless authorized.

MultiPowerAI provides: AI agent trust scoring and verification; DID generation (did:key, did:iden3); KYC identity verification via Stripe Identity; zero-knowledge proof generation and verification; human-agent cryptographic linking; soulbound identity NFTs on Base L2; agent versioning and audit trails; Consensus Intelligence API; Skills Marketplace; agent-to-agent transactions; MCP server tools; SDK and API access.

Free tier: 10 requests/minute. Pro ($49/month): 100 requests/minute. Enterprise: custom. Exceeding limits returns HTTP 429. Respect Retry-After headers. We may throttle or suspend for abuse. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Skill publishers must accurately describe capabilities, maintain reasonable uptime, and not misrepresent pricing. MultiPowerAI takes a 20% platform fee on paid skills. Purchasers acknowledge skills are provided by third-party developers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Crypto payments via Coinbase Commerce. Agent wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited. All prices in USD. Failed payments may result in suspension.

Data published to Base L2 (attestation hashes, soulbound NFTs, linking proofs) is permanent, public, and cannot be deleted. You are responsible for accuracy of on-chain data. Gas fees are your responsibility.

MultiPowerAI, our API, SDK, MCP server, and documentation are owned by Number One Son Software. The SDK is MIT-licensed. You retain ownership of your agent code, skills, and data. Publishing skills grants us a non-exclusive license to distribute on the platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUMBER ONE SON SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

You agree to indemnify Number One Son Software from claims arising from: your violation of these Terms; your agents' actions; content you publish; and third-party claims related to your platform use.

We may suspend access for Terms violations, fraud, non-payment, or security risks. You may terminate anytime by emailing sales@multipowerai.com. API keys are revoked immediately upon termination. On-chain data persists.

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. Class action waiver: disputes are resolved individually.

Governed by California law, United States, without conflict of laws principles. Litigation in California state or federal courts.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes posted with updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
