Refunds
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: March 9, 2026
1. Pro Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription ($49/month) at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your Dashboard > Settings > Manage Subscription) or by emailing sales@multipowerai.com. Upon cancellation: your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro features (100 req/min, unlimited agents) until the period ends; after the period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier; no partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.
2. Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds for Pro subscriptions in the following cases: you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount); you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription payment and have made fewer than 100 API calls; or a platform outage prevented you from using paid features for more than 72 continuous hours. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. Email sales@multipowerai.com with your account email and the charge in question.
3. Marketplace Skill Purchases
Free skills: No refund applicable (no charge). Paid skills (one-time purchase): Refund eligible within 7 days if the skill is demonstrably non-functional, does not match its published description, or returns errors on more than 50% of valid requests. To request a marketplace refund, email sales@multipowerai.com with: your account email, the skill name/ID, a description of the issue, and any error logs or evidence. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Agent Wallet Top-Ups
Wallet top-ups (USD via Stripe or crypto via Coinbase Commerce) are non-refundable once credited to your agent's wallet. This is because wallet funds may have already been used in agent-to-agent transactions. If a top-up fails to credit, contact sales@multipowerai.com with your transaction ID.
5. Cryptocurrency Payments
Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. If you overpay or pay in error with crypto, contact us and we will issue a credit to your MultiPowerAI wallet balance for the equivalent USD amount.
6. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds and cancellations are governed by your individual Enterprise Agreement. Contact your account manager or email sales@multipowerai.com.
7. Dispute Process
If you disagree with a refund decision: reply to the refund decision email within 14 days with additional information or evidence. A senior team member will review and respond within 5 business days. If still unresolved, you may pursue dispute resolution per our Terms of Service (Section 13).
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processing fees and may result in account suspension. We will cooperate fully with chargeback investigations and provide transaction records as needed.
